## Headache / Migraine Relief Mask How To Use
- Cold therapy: Store the cold sleeve in freezer with the plastic bag included for at least 2 hours.
- Hot therapy: with the gel ice pack at room temperature, place it in center of microwave. Microwave for 30-50 seconds and test sleeve temperature for comfort. DO NOT heat more than a total of 50 seconds.
